“Churchdown Village Junior School is an inclusive school, where positivity, acceptance and friendship shine through.” Ofsted – November 2023
At Churchdown Village Junior School we are looking for at least one, maybe two, very special
individuals to join our vibrant staff team. We can offer you a warm, friendly working environment, highly supportive senior leadership, a pastoral / pupil care team and a wonderful group of children.
Flexibility, emotional resilience, and a sense of humour are essential!
We can offer an 'afternoons only' contract (Mon - Fri 1.25pm – 3.20pm), or there is also the possibility that we could offer a full-time role - to include mornings too (subject to EHCP funding) – or split the roles and have someone in the mornings and someone else in the afternoon. The afternoon role would be to support a child in Y5, and the morning role would be in Y6 as part of a wider SEND TA team. If you decide to apply, please state clearly on your application which role you would be interested in – afternoons only / mornings only / full day. If you wish to discuss further, please contact our SENDCo Sarah Stevens – mrs.stevens@cvjs.org.uk .
We would love you to come and visit our wonderful school and find out more about us as a community and the role on offer – please contact Mrs Stevens to arrange a visit.
