CVJS Summer holiday club
Following some great feedback via the parental surveys that we circulated last term, we are delighted to confirm that we will be offering a CVJS Holiday Club this summer. Full details can be found below:
Key Information
- The holiday club is open to all current pupils of Churchdown Village Junior School, including Year 6 leavers and siblings currently in Year 2
- The club's core hours will be 9.00am until 4.00pm from Monday to Thursday during the following weeks:
- w/c 3rd August 2026
- w/c 10th August 2026
- w/c 17th August 2026
- For parents wanting an extended day, we will offer an early drop-off from 8.30am and a late pick-up at 5.00pm
- The club will be located in our BASE building - located on the far side of the playground
- The club will be operated by CVJS staff
- As with most other holiday clubs, food will not be provided, so all children will need to bring their own packed lunches, snacks and drinks
- There will be a range of activities on offer each day including sports, craft and art
Important Booking & Payment Information
- There are a limited number of places available each day and bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis. Once we hit the maximum number of places available, then bookings will close for that day
- All booking requests must be made in advance using the Google Form (available below)
- Confirmation of a place will be sent home with an invoice by Wednesday 13th May 2026
- Full payment of your invoice is required by Friday 26th June 2026 to secure a place
- Your child’s place will only be confirmed once payment is made
- We accept bank transfers and tax-free childcare vouchers (e.g. Edenred, Fideliti)

What happens next?
Once you have submitted your Google Form, and if spaces are available on your chosen sessions, you will receive an email from the school with an invoice. Payment instructions will be provided within this email. Once payment has been made, we will confirm your child(ren) has a place at the holiday club.
